As a patient, you are welcome to book an appointment directly with us at the HerzGefässZentrum Im Park. This is ideal if you need a check-up or a second opinion. We look forward to welcoming you to our practice.
Please bring the following with you to your consultation:
- Health insurance card
- Medication list
- To carry out a possible exercise ECG (bicycle/treadmill): Comfortable sneakers and sports pants
- Results of the last blood sample
- Copy of reports from other doctors/hospital stays (send in advance by e-mail, if possible)
- Chest x-ray, CT or MRI findings (send in advance by e-mail, if possible)
