Telemedical monitoring and care

Well looked after from afar

We introduce you to the latest developments in the field of telemedicine. How can we treat you if you are not on site with us? Find out more here.

Patients must be able to receive the best possible care even when they are far away from doctors and nursing staff. We have known this since before the coronavirus pandemic: Good care is extremely important for patients, especially when they are unable to see a doctor themselves.

Our highly specialized nursing staff and medical team care for our patients remotely. To do this, they use the possibilities offered by modern communication technologies. Data transmission works slightly differently for each device used. The data is transmitted either via a receiver station provided or via a smartphone app using mobile communications. All the data comes together at an international control center. It is processed there and made available to us.

Our trained team logs onto this protected platform every day on regular working days and assesses any relevant cardiac arrhythmia that has occurred. If treatment is necessary, you will be contacted by telephone. Events that occur outside regular working hours (e.g. at night or at weekends) are not assessed immediately. This monitoring is therefore not an emergency system.

Telemedical follow-up care can be provided worldwide and is reimbursed by health insurance companies in Switzerland.
